Professional Experience

AI/ML Intern

6-month internship focused on AI/ML solutions, data engineering, and enterprise automation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering and Model build out: Developed insurance product recommendation engine for an insurance aggregator and showcased business insights by performing data engineering and machine learning by applying data cleaning, dimensionality reduction (PCA), clustering (GMM/KMeans), and visualization for propensity-to-buy insights.
  • Service Delivery Accelerators – Created an MVP for an automation and integration framework by Implementing Agentic LLM frameworks using LangGraph for IT processes like employee onboarding via ServiceNow, integrating ServiceNow with SharePoint and Vector DBs for ticket resolution, and automating ITPA tasks including Terraform scripting, Outlook ID provisioning, and Salesforce account generation.
  • Application Development & Optimization: Implemented a geospatial solution for tunnel mapping using Genetic Algorithms and Dask. This tool was designed to find the optimal route between start and end points in any terrain by analyzing elevation, vegetation and soil data from raster images.
  • Developed productivity tools for enterprise applications: Implemented a marketing collateral creator to auto-populate templated PowerPoints from a vector database using COM functions; An interactive desktop tray application with voice capabilities (PyQT5, Whisper) for ServiceNow ticket creation; Integrated Slack and ServiceNow to measure collaborative swarm efficiency, generate automatic KB articles, analyze resolution metrics via dashboards, and built associated frontends using React/Tailwind.
